Finding Wanna is an organization specializing in helping individuals to find what they want, do what they love and start now. The organization was started in 2003 by founder Cecilia Deal, and built on the passion and love of inspiring and motivating men and women to DO LIFE YOUR WAYTM.
Now, five years later, we strive to offer services and opportunities for our customers and our employees to gain clarity, build vision, find courage and determination and start living life as they choose.
So...whether you are a business owner, employee, or stay at home mom, we hope to provide you with inspiration, motivation and the knowledge that you are not alone. Whether you are tweaking an existing idea or taking a huge, bold step towards a new direction, we can help you navigate with confidence and ease.
CECILIA DEAL, CPCC - Cecilia is the founder and Chief Inspirational Officer for Finding Wanna, and a Professional Certified Life and Business Coach. Her own life journey has been a series of defining and redefining moments and events. From marriage to death, and everything in between.
In organizations she has worked to bring diverging needs and desires to a place of unity and shared vision that result in clearer focus, a sense of direction and smooth transitions. She is dedicated to helping individuals gain clarity and work to make changes that are both satisfying and successful.
She has a witty way of seeing the things you can’t see, both barriers and options, and a knack for understanding what you are really asking for. She can easily open communication and perspectives and does this while still bringing an attitude of opportunity and unbridled possibility. Her personal motto is ”Fun, Freedom, Adventure, and Ease”.
Cecilia lives in Brookfield, Wisconsin with her fiancé, two dogs, and cat. She spends time traveling in California and Colorado for recreation as well as business. She holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of the Pacific, is Certified through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and has completed and assisted in the Leadership Program with CTI. She is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and a founding member of the Milwaukee Chapter of the ICF, the recognized governing body for coaching.
